This journal writing exercise is getting to know yourself better. I like to pull out my latest resume and have it handy. Look over your resume throughout the years. Even having a photos, from the past to help you remember. Now take out your journal and write down in chronological order all you have experienced in your lifetime. Start with your birth to the present. Write down good times and bad. Life experiences, fun times and if you feel comfortable write down hard times. Keep writing until your get to the present day…today. This journal writing has no word count.Just explore and relate all you experienced. This is one main step toward writing your own autobiography.Look back at your list and now fill in the blanks relating more of what happen than how you grew of the experiences.Amazing exercise to see how awesome you really are. You may even want to share your autobiography with your children or even to the world. This is just the beginning.
